HUDCO has been conferred award for being No.1 institution in Construction of Dwelling Units for Poor Sections by ‘Business Sphere’ Magazine in its award function & conclave (2008-09) held in New Delhi on 24th March, 2009. The Award was conferred by Shri Sriprakash Jaiswal, Hon’ble Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, Government of India.
