HUDCO has approved the Shortlists of Consultants for Empanelment with HUDCO, for following 12 fields:

A.                  Infrastructure services for individual buildings, group of buildings, townships (Water Supply, Drainage, Sewerage, HVAC, Electrification, Accoustics, Waste Management, Storm Water Drainage etc.)    

·         Category A: above 30 crores

·         Category A: upto 30 crores

B.                   Traffic & Transportation Planning

C.                  Structural Design

·         Category C: above 30 crores

·         Category C: upto 30 crores

D.                  Physical Survey, Soil Investigation, Ground Water Investigation

E.                   Environmental Impact Assessment & Management Plan

F.                   Project Management Consultancy

·         Category F: above 30 crores

·         Category F: upto 30 crores

G.                  Techno-economic Feasibility Studies

H.                  Interior Designing

I.                    Landscaping

J.                    Urban & Regional Planning

K.                   Urban Design

L.                   Conservation Architecture

The shortlists have been approved subject to the following two conditions:

i.                     Furnishing of the Balance Sheets/Audited Accounts for the last three years at the time of submitting the bids/quotations, by the consultants.

ii.          Furnishing of details of at least one particular project in the last five years, similar in nature and approx. cost of the project for which the bids/quotations are invited, as a pre-requisite for opening the financial bid.
